Handmade Mobile is pleased to announce the launch of our new native Android app for the service Flirtomatic.
Our engineers have spent several months carefully re-designing the product to take full advantage of the unique features offered by the Android platform. We have also listened carefully and taken into consideration the feedback received from existing customers and as a result have improved and enhanced the user experience by adding compelling new features.
In addition to making the product more user friendly and providing easier navigation, we’ve added the following key features and functionality:
- A search and location service including GPS to find users in your area.
- The ability to check into your hometown, the place where you reside now and add additional favorite cities & places to meet new people, whether that’s a place you’ve already visited or plan to visit in the near future.
- The ability to view millions of pictures & private photos in various formats including list view and full page photo view.
- The option to register and login more quickly using your Facebook account.
- Simplified feature and name changes within the app for easier navigation and usage e.g. Flirt Points are now Credits
- A new “Getting Started” section to help new users get accustomed to the product, features and options available to them.
- Localization of the app for Spanish, German & Italian users.
The new native Android app continues to allow users to have free live one-to-one chat and includes the successful value added services such as virtual gifts, premium discoverability tools and user generated advertising. All of these services can be purchased by the user with Credits.
We’ve made buying Credits simpler enabling users to top up their wallet “on the go”. Billing for Credits on the Android app is seamless, this has been achieved by providing the best payment method depending on device, territory or the originating store the app was downloaded from.
