Take Me Out is the provocative, visual and electrifyingly funny dating show where one male contestant attempts to impress 30 women with the aim of securing a date with one of them by the end of the night. The past series of the TV show launched to an audience of 6.3 million and rated number one for young adults across its primetime slot.

Position accountabilities

The role will work across 3 Handmade Mobile services including Flirtomatic and encompasses, but is not limited to:

• Assist with analysis of Marketing campaigns for web, search, apps and mobile web including the daily review of key Marketing metrics e.g. registrations, user activity, revenue to spot trends and feedback to Marketing Manager
• Work with the Marketing Manager to review campaign creative and its effectiveness
• Contribute to marketing messages and relevant communication to the extended social network through Facebook, Twitter and other social media
• Become familiar with mobile and web advertising by assisting the Head of Advertising Sales with reporting to clients (Ad Networks and Agencies) and the optimisation of campaigns

Assist with Client Relationship Management e.g. retention of customers on the service, which involves:

• Testing the services on devices to identify customer problems
• Communicating with the customers to resolve service issues
• Helping to plan seasonal promotions to existing users e.g. Halloween, Christmas, New Year

Customer care on our products:

• Assist with customer support via email
