JOB PURPOSE

• The role encompasses, but is not limited to:
  • Daily/Weekly and Monthly reporting
  • Assist with CRM
  • Daily analysis and investigation into any abnormalities in the numbers
  • Daily provision of Customer Care stats
  • Assisting the Marketing & Product teams

POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Reporting:
  • Daily reporting
  • Weekly reporting
  • Monthly reporting

• CRM:
  • Coding for text messages and flirtogram tracking
  • Choosing winners for competitions
  • Track various CRM Promotions
  • Assistance with responses to CRM Profiles
  • Assist with technical feasibility of campaigns
  • Assist with sending flirtograms to users

• International:
  • Ad hoc reporting on users. E.g. Operators, device, Campaign
  • Daily analysing of numbers and investigate any abnormalities

• Customer Care:
  • Daily provision of Customer Care stats on flirtogram activity plus pending payments
  • Daily keeping track of numbers and investigates any abnormalities

• External Partners:
  • Month end Income for partner shares
  • Content partner reporting
  • Working with network operators/aggregators to match their data with ours and investigate any abnormalities

• Advertising:
  • Real gift reporting
  • Cost per registration analysis
  • Campaign specific queries

• Product:
  • Reporting on value added services
  • Testing before releases
  • Creation of league queries

PERSON SPECIFICATION

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS

• Possess good academic record

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• Two/Three years experience in information analysis preferable
• Telecoms, and particularly mobile experience ideal
• Experience with SQL and Excel
• In SQL – you will need to be able to use some database mining techniques.
  • Procedures, Functions, Repeat until, Table design, indexing.
• In Excel – you will need to know, Pivot tables, Open VPN, External data sources
